You're also not putting anything on your spine. So this would be the greatest booty builder? Yes. Doug: Some people may have noticed that when they actually push down onto their femurs as they raise up, they're shortening the lever. Why are they subconsciously doing that? Because they feel stronger because it makes them feel better.
