The Effects of Sugar on Blood Sugar Levels
There used to be a term called evening diabetes because this is not new phenomena. If you get up early in the morning and right after getting up, if you have a cup of tea or coffee with a couple of teaspoon of sugar, that's five grams of sugar. And if insulin is not at all produced, and I'm just lying sedentary and doing nothing theoretically, my blood sugar level will just double with that teaspoon of sugar. Of course, it doesn't happen because a pancreas giksen or a muscle abjipso, sugar. So that's why we say that, yeah, it may be good to avoid food for one to two hours before waking up
