When I was the head coach at Clackamas Community College across country on every run, we would do actually her mobility. Like that was the warm up why you sitting in class hip flexors are shortened and also distance rangers are notorious for a shallow range of motion when running in their hips. And then afterwards, because of our time constraints, and they only had a short period of time, we would lift afterwards. So like I'm saying, you got string training, your main activity training, and then another bout of string training all packaged within, you know, two hour period. It's just what we did as a culture as a team, but it did help along the way
