Strength Training - Is Running Enough to Strengthen the Muscle?

When you're running, you're working on more of your endurance muscle fibres. Versus when your strength training, are focusing on that stability. It really comes down to the type of muscle fibres that you're activating. Running idefinitly like a high impact activity through your body versus lunges,. Or bringing your hip up or your knee up to hip height. It's a different motion. And that variety of movement is really key for injury prevention.
