How to Be an Early Adopter

As the founder, you have such limited time and resources. You need to do your job to identify who is an early adopter. Sometimes on calls, I will straight up ask the prospect. It's a super early journey. We are looking for early adopters. Do not overstate how big you are. The market also will see right through that. Ask people if they're going to be anEarly Adopter because that's the stage you're at. And people love that honesty and transparency.
