The Coffee World Is Getting That Part Right So Far

Coffee is constantly changing in temperature. When it's hot, our taste buds just can't tell right what the coffee tastes like. Cold brew and ice coffee wouldn't have the same bitter as it cools down thing happening for two reasons. Both of those coffees are served on a cold setting which takes longer to reach our taste buds. With iced coffee, you're not getting that second step where heating happens immediately. That slows down the reaction even more.
