The role of being patient centred when you're creating some of these health care experiences. If we really want to become more patient partnered, first of all, we have to provide access to data. Patients need to own and control their data. We need to support them in knowledge. And then finally, we need to be taking what the patients say and what they care about, and that needs to be driving the visit.
