Meditation - The Basic Principle of Meditation

Meditation is the practice of noticing that your mind has wandered, and then re directing the focus back on the brath. The skill you're learning is how to redirect your attention without all inner sass. Set a timer for five minutes, only five minutes, and if you've never meditated, it's going to feel like an hour. So just try it for a short five minutes.
