We want to feel more positive or happy than we do in a given moment. See if you can just let go of this struggle as well and just appreciate being aware of feeling at all. Whatever emotion is present, you can just fully embrace it an awareo. And similarly, with thoughts in the mindthere is a tendency, especially when we try and, quote, meditate, to want the mind to be y quiet, totally still.
