Is There a Training Further From Failure With Free Weight Exercises?

With more free weight type exercises, again, if you're thinking of the prime mover, you might be able to get away with a training further from failure. But i'm not yet 20, when i can take ouidoing perfectly,. Like, one thing i do wonder is, like, so, yes, i agree with the current researchs we have; but i do wonder if there is a true advantage of taking that muscle to its theoretical failure point. M, ye, that's just something i think, yesa, and if i'm kind of following your line of thinking properly, let me know if not.
