I would have to probably switch over to tracking when i get around nine %. If you eat 30 grams of protein or 50 grams of protein before you eat the rest of your meal, that protein blunts your appetite and makes it so that you don't just don't want to eat as much. It was a very, very easy hack with this one. I think you're probably even a better master at it than i am, because ithink you've trained yourself to use the behavior ways.
