The Different Ways of White Wine Making

I haven't really talked too much about white wine making and I think you have such a great down of four different ways, at least four different ways of white wine making. I'd love you to sort of break that down. If we go in reverse chronological order, the latest methodology you could point to New Zealand, Sauvignon Blanc. It's total absence of oxygen at any stage. The second way is this would be muzzle reaslings where they do hyper oxygenation at the juice stage and basically brown out all of the tannins.
