The Importance of Preloading Your Workouts
There's a phrase I got from working with Stacy Sims, and it's focused on preloading your workouts instead of reloading your workouts. And speaking of hurting training, I mean, if they're number one goal, they may not tell anybody is to lose weight. Well, then aren't you just undercutting that progress by under fueling for the actual day's training? So it's not serving the purpose for either one, losing weight nor are you actually getting fitter.
