You were the program manager for CrossFit HQ from 2011 through 2017. What principles do you still find yourself using every day now in your personal life and as the owner of a nutritional education company? I think one of the things that is so, that sticks with me is kind of this idea of like the black box in that they don't really care what's happening at the physiological level. They're looking at outcome. Does your fitness actually change? Do you get, you know, a better back squat? Are you a faster runner?
