We'll be taking open questions as a starter. Roger, i've heard some people say that strategy is more important than ever because the pace of business is going fast. How do think about it in to day's context? Well, i'm sort of a counterculturaln on that one. I believe that for time immemorial, people have always thought their time is the most fast changing, disruptive timef ever. You never can know the future, and entirely so. But you can shape your participation in it and have an effect on it.
