Cardio Is Great for Strength Training
If someone's limited on time, nutritions are number one. If i've an strength training two to four times per week, depending on what the person is willing to do, at least two. But let's say a person has more time. Do you want to put em in the gim and have them lift more? It is an option for some people. I will squeeze in either walks or cardio. Some people hate cardio. They find it boring. Cardio turns on your brain. In fact, it's a bit better for your brain, it seems, than lifting.
