How to Overcome Mistakes in Training for a Marathon

I don't think I overdid it. I actually was perfect pace wise on that day where they ran between 340, 345 K and I was dropped. Essentially, it's not like I was hurting really when they went away on the run. It was just like, I was happy to let them go. And my pace was already quite good. So there was no need to kind of do that extra. I ended up having an okay day, but I kind of messed it up in the last 12 K - which you would say is pretty normal for an Ironman. But I'm definitely looking forward to feeling better at the end of Marathon's this year, especially in Texas coming up.
