The idea that we have more influence than we think, is a very powerful and potent concept. And without the proper training, those kind of situations can be abused. We do have more fluence than we reat venisabons, and sometimes we don't even realize the influence that we have. The mind set that we come into any situation has a much larger impact on how we then do our job.

Creating a motivating mindset is the most important component of any sales role. In fact, it’s a critical component of everything we do, but Donald C.
