We need to remind ourselves of what our purpose and aspiration is. In different situations, the anger feels justified if there seems a good reason to feel angry. The second reflection is reminding ourselves of the reference point of our practice. What actually is our aspiration in practice? Is our main concern to be right or to be free? It got to the point wherev daki was so angry by colly's behaviour she took a rolling pin and hit her over the head.
