You also go very slowly. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven to get all the way back down, and then riht immediately back up again,. And this will make the push up much more difficult. You're hanging from a bar, and y you'll see people like kicking and doing all kinds of crazy stuff when they're doing pull ups. Don't do that. Ah, just from the pull up bar. If you can do a pull up, right? Some people can't do im but if you can do at least one, you try to go slowly, pull yourself up slowly. Get your chin over the bar, and then back down again
