The Effects of Rapamycin on Organ Transplant Patients
Rapamycin or serolomus was, it's been FDA approved for more than 20 years. It was first developed in clinical medicine as an organ transplant drug. The most common side effect is mouth stores and high triglycerides. There have been a couple of phase two clinical trials on a derivative of rapamycin for immune function in the elderly.
