Supplementing With Creatine Is a Good Idea

In terms of synthesizing it yourself, you need to get enough protein and the nutrients that support a process called methylation. Folate is found in liver, legumes, and leafy greens, the three L's as I like to say. B12 is found in animal products, especially liver and shellfish, especially clams. And choline is found most abundantly in liver and egg yolks. A closely related compound called beta-ein can substitute for some of your choline.
