Meditation - The Mind's Freedom From Attachment
During meditation, the mind lets go of its attachment to i am the body. This moment of transcendence draws one inward. The idea about stress is that there's nothing bad about becoming stressed. Meditators have a capacity for adaptation and bounce back from stress very quickly. In a meditator, grief tends to be less short lived than expectation.
