How Much Do You Focus on Your Nutrition?
For me, it's all about getting the calories in. So I'm eating as much as I can during the sessions and practice my race nutrition. If we have like a three hour bike session with one 15 hour worth of threshold intervals, I nowadays aim for 360 grams of carbs for the total session. And then you just sort of just brought up being like under fueled there or like how our certain sessions will make you make you need to fuel a bit more.
