Is There a Tolerance for Mess?

I don't think many people in a commercial context will actively enjoy stuff that feels messy. We're doing stuff against the clock, and we're doing stuff in an environment where things are uncertain. And often evena marketing is not a mock. I mean cliants as well as agencies are notit's not necessarily fully understood what we do. It's a bit of a dark art oll, that kind of thing. So there's lots of reasons why our tolerance for mess is probably lower than perhaps it needs to be.
