How to Structure and Fund Index Universal Life

I've spent a few year journey trying to figure out specifically index universal life again, because they're sold to retirees as tax free retirement accounts. I found someone that I believe to be one of the sharper, more thorough, really noses stuff agents out there to help me structure this. And when I made it public, no joke, close to 10 other agents reached out either publicly or through private message and said, that policy could have been designed better here.
