Is There a Difference Between Zone to Training?

The question that we really wanted to answer was, when you do these different modes of exercise at different intensities, what is the adaptation? What's the end outcome? How does the body adapt to that stimulus? And is it different between the two? I mean, we've you and i've been listening to episodes on other podcasts and doing some reading and diving into some papers on these sorts of things. But essentially, the take away is, when you are exercising at, we'll call it zone to training, which is very popular in the endurance community. Isn't that interestingandi think in martial arts.
