Music is an important part of what I do out there. You put the right music in, soothing music that kind of brings you back to,. It refocuses me and allows me to get through some of the tougher times. There are studies that show that if you're listening to music when you work out, your hard rate could be 10 to 15 beats higher. And for most people, that means you're over training.
