Food is such a bigger topic and just to let all our listeners know as we said earlier these areas are still being researched there's continuous research. Most of it if it fits your macros generally relates to people who are looking to build muscle mass or reduce body fat so it's very tightly bound to people with those type of goals. It can have a corrosive relationship with food where people become obsessed with the numbers related to a food and not the experience of eating the food. I've had a lot of people in my clinic over the last couple of years who intermittently nobody does it consistently because it's next to impossible to do.
