When We Are Angry We Take a Deep Breath
As soon as we catch ourselves getting angry we take a deep breath stop look inside. We quickly get in touch with the need that is behind that judgment and then open our mouths to say what we are observing feeling needing and add to that the request. Now all of that can be done when we have practiced this several times it can be done in a matter of seconds. But until we are sufficiently trained to do that we can always take a time out to say something to the other person when we are angry.
