How Much Volume Should Someone Do?
A lot of people want to overload their system too quickly by a start doing longer intervals or longer sustained efforts. The problem wif this is that it really destroys and limits the potential of these energy organies called the mitochondria. And when these mitocondria become battered, then functionality of the mitochondria starts to fall off. So you have about a 12 to 16 week window where you can basically do what people say, bas train. But on this base train, i like doing a faster repeat o get the ner muscular responseof turning their legs overly.
