Three sets of eight in hyper extensions, that would probably be a pretty appropriate number most of the time. It's like to me three sets of 8 and a curl or three sets of eight, a tricep extension. So I like your idea long term, but until you start feeling pretty good, Kyle, let's keep those reps a little higher. And we're making a reach on this with the back. But I think it will, it'll go a long way to helping out, uh, with, with this issue.
