If you're a disruptive person, that might be a good job to take to pass up. I think about Steve Jobs, who I actually had the chance to interview with years ago when he was at Pixar. And granted, somebody could say, okay, I need to lead out of character for a while or out of my genius. But as we all know, having to do that for too long is a good recipe for burnout.
