You can be doing all the science. I'm hitting this many reps and I'm following this program, but sleep like shit, eat like shit, it none of it works. You got to do the program guys. And that's the thing. The program isn't just, oh, I got in the gym today. That's not what it is. So if you're putting crappy building blocks in there, you're not going to build a great building. In the same way, if you don't let the concrete set, then you are not going to have a strong structure. Let's just load it up crumble. It's really important that, and this is the hardest thing.
