How to Get Your Prospects to Respond to Your Email
Florin: If you do a lot of these things right, the algorithm is looking for any possible sign that you might be a bot. So setting up your profile picture on your Gmail or Outlook account, I know links in your first email are important. Finding your address in your signature also helps quite a bit. We're seeing an inbox warmer, which essentially tricks Gmail and Outlook into thinking that you're getting replies to your inbox.
