The Importance of Ambivalence in Sleep

I'm really picking up a theme from your share-ins around not creating this expectation that things have to be perfect. That can then drive anxiety which can have the counter-effect of what we're trying to achieve, which is a good night's rest. So we again, I respect, but ambivalence, respect. It's going to be dark enough, not too noisy, but it doesn't have to beperfect. And that is such a tricky balance to be, it is balancing be respectful but not too respectful and you step back a bit from over-analyzing what happens in that space.
