We can train our brain to not stop thinking negative things or the disempowering stories because those are just always going to come up. These stories, especially the ones that feel really, really true and kind of have a hold of you,. They are literally neural pathways in our brain that think of it as the difference between a dirt road and like an interstate. That's where the magic is because we don't have to be passive bystanders or even victims of these stories that are controlling our lives. We can tell something different. And so when we go back to somebody's feeling like I can do this, I'm going to feel good.
