The goal of c b t is to change the negative, automatic thought to rational, automatic thoughts. And this is done, true not a lengthy process, but lik, it takes time. It's called moving things from your head to your heart. You know, if you were to do that every day, with every trigger, that alot of effort. That's what sbt is, it's itis. But it just becomes lof a lat easier. And i'm very fortunate and lucky in that i started this shit out ten years ago.
