How to Be a Productive Employee in a Company

All of our content is interview based which has applied a very interesting constraint and also had forced me to get very good at this particular thing because I only get an hour with most of these people yeah. Making sure people say the most valuable thing they could possibly say within that context is really hard so the framework that I've found to be the most helpful  I consider it like a three-tier framework the first being somebody's gonna throw out just a response to your question, then you want to ask one question deeper which is you know what is the specific thing that you're doing or how are you going to do it?
