Are You Happy With Your Race Nutrition?

I don't count anything or weigh anything likelike that. I really just a try and eat enough to feel what i'm doing. And hurtfully, that will keep me healthy and injury free as well. There's been a lot of trial in erra for my race nutrition because i came from the etou background. So having to, i guess, eat and drink whilst rasing is a kind of a new concept to me. Initially i really struggled taking in gells because of the textureton to i couldn't actually swallow them. But luckily, m i came across the gater at endurance gell, which are really, really thin, that almost like water for me. So
