I put out like a vegetarian guide to your first marathon. I thought it was awesome. It helped people who thought you couldn't do this stuff. By the way, I did qualify for Boston 10, 10, no. 6 months after I went vegetarian. And I think it made me faster. Allowed me, in hindsight, to not get injured when every other time, if I was training as hard as I did that summer, an injury was short a call and then sent me back.
