"If you do have like really rough stomach and you can't handle anything, you can totally drink your calories. 100%," he says. "And then the second part of the strategy that you mentioned on that is eat later. Like eat more eat later eat a bigger meal." 'I remember when I was in Kenya, I got to train with kept choggy for a month at his camp,' she adds. "'You don't run in a fasted state for your reproductive hormones' And so just remember that,'" Dr. Michael Schulder concludes.
