There's a lot of opportunity to do a better job of an agreement making which you'll just make the next agreement much easier. negotiation is something that most people really don't enjoy when it gets tense and the conflict is is present and it's palpable. Trust me I know that. Oh sure yeah I have a story about a seller that you had to get up and leave the room. Yeah a guy that worked for me and he'd get so tense you have to left the room.
