The high intensity is really hard, but that's the stuff we can get people to do in the lab because they're unfit enough. But elite power lifters, these guys and women that can lift these amazing loads, they train less frequently. They'll go 10 days between hard deadlift sessions. And I think there's some resonance there as we start to really develop the athletes.
