Do the Turkish Get Up and the Kettlebell Snatch
In the spring, I would suggest one day a week doing lots of snatches. Double kettlebell front squat, double kettlebell press three days a week. Do your Turkish get up and snatch day another day of the week with the sprinting. Once you get to the summer, it's time to look good. Carl has a question about how he can substitute all his training with kettlebells.
