When we think about the health effects of food, I think we should break it down according to four key points. One is the food that you're eating and all of these thousands of chemicals and bioactives and nutrients. Who you are, your age, your sex, your body composition, whether you're pre or post-menopause or your microbiome, etc. And then as well as what you're eating, who you are, how you eat is the other key factor. Then something we mustn't forget is why do you make those dietary choices? Why are you choosing the food thatyou're choosing? Now if we can tackle all of those four at the same time,
