How to Consume Mindfully

To consume mindfully is to pause before we're going to buy into something and see, why do i really want this? What's the real motivation behind me acquiring this thing, whatever it is? And in our society, sometimes we don'te entertain the thought o why we're buying something. The next form of consuming mindfully is paying attention to the effects of the media that we consume. I know people who really struggle with with the emotions and feelings that they consume by watching the news. There there may be a much more skilful approach, which is, will then stop consuming that thing that makes you feel that way.
