This is why a lot of us end up living the same life year after year after year without making any improvements because we have the inability to assess what's going on and remember what our goals are. So write your goals down. I've even seen people write out a vision board with their goals and they include pictures so that they can visualize what they want to do. And this is what I would highly recommend for my friend on Instagram. Once you've figured out what you want, write it out on a vision board, cut pictures out so you can visualize it. Imagine yourself in those pictures and every day, maybe every hour of every day, you're aligning yourself on that vision board
