If your room is bright and then you don't have the psychology dialed either, then you're like, Oh, I can't sleep. The extra lights coming in. That's only making things worse. And so when you see a blind spot, now you have the opportunity to do something about it. But if I do go to bed at a reasonable hour and my sleep quality is high, I will be getting a lot of sleep. that'll go against the conditioning that I'm giving myself all the time.
