Maperedine

Maperedine is a mixed, new, and cappabopioid. It has a disproportionate effect on stopping the shivers. That may be because it affects cappa more than other opioids. In certain clinical scenarios like amphotericin B mediated shivering or post-anesthetic rigoring, that can be beneficial to help people stop nonphysiologic or nonphysiologically beneficial rigoring.
